Our production is characterised by a dedicatedline for electronic boards. For the realisation of displays and CPU (central processing unit) boards , we carefully follow each individual step. The first step is the design and development of all electronic parts; Subsequently, assembly is carried out using fully automated processes with state-of-the-art pick place and remelting furnaces .
Once assembled, boards and displays are checked using AOI (automatic optical inspection) and in-circuit testing machines with moving probes, in order to guarantee maximum reliability.
Once production of the electronic components is complete, the semi-finished products move on to the mechanical assembly department. At this stage , the display boards undergo functional testing with strict test protocols .
Once the tests have been passed, the scoreboards are prepared for shipment.
For more complex installations, our team of qualified personnel travels to the site to carry out all the assembly stages with care and attention.
